Oftentimes, a build will lend itself to storytelling. I’ve found that the classic three act story structure is inherent to building things.
When I think a build might be particularly suited to sharing, I’ll capture the process on video and add some narration to guide the journey. The end result is what you see on my channel.
To be honest, I find the video shooting process very cumbersome - especially when I’m in the flow of a build - but the video gives life to the story and adds another dimension to the final product. I hope you find the outcome as rewarding as I do.

After getting requests for custom camper builds and detailed plans, I drew up a comprehensive PDF blueprint for the RAV4 car camper. The drawings double as a build guide that walks you through the entire process as you build your own.
I rely on my everyday experience as a mechanical engineer to make the drawings accurate - but not inaccessibly so. I think you'll find the drawings toe the line between readability and technicality. I try to make them as easy to follow as possible, without skimping on the details.
